These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the galan4d platform. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing galan4d, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on galan4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To open an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. galan4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, galan4d requires all Players to complete KYC verification. You will be required to submit:
galan4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of ongoing compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, or fraud prevention. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance in the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding wagering requirements being resolved first.
galan4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum amounts for other payment methods vary and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier section.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed in real time and credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful payment authorisation. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends or any other persons — are strictly prohibited. galan4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence if third-party deposits are suspected.
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the Cashier section of the Platform, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, the following conditions must all be satisfied:
Indicative processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — 5 to 15 minutes; GrabPay — 5 to 20 minutes; Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 30 minutes to 3 hours; USDT TRC20 — 15 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. Processing times are estimates only and may vary during periods of high volume.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified method registered under the Player's own name. galan4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
galan4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML checks or fraud investigation. Players will be notified of any hold via their registered email address or through the Platform's internal messaging system.
galan4d offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
Every bonus carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., x10, x15, x20). The full wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is MYR 250, unless a different limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates for all available games are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified in the individual promotion — commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Uncompleted bonuses and any associated balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
galan4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the galan4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the galan4d brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio and video content — are the exclusive property of galan4d or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of galan4d.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to galan4d regarding the Platform may be used by galan4d without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, galan4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
galan4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of any game or bet, galan4d reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to Players.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit galan4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
galan4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults. We strongly encourage all Players to set personal limits on their gambling activity and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect their daily life.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct and, in certain circumstances, request deletion of your personal data, subject to galan4d's legal obligations to retain records for AML, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
galan4d does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities strictly on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and galan4d in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any transaction conducted thereon, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team with full details of your complaint. galan4d is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
All complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team via the live chat function or by email to the address provided in Section 15. Your complaint should include your registered Account username, a detailed description of the issue, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, and any supporting evidence.
galan4d will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, we will notify you of the expected timeline.
The decision of galan4d's compliance team on any complaint shall, subject to any applicable regulatory review process, be considered final and binding. Game outcomes determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures conducted in accordance with stated game rules are not subject to reversal on the basis of a Player's dissatisfaction with the outcome alone.
galan4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, galan4d will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Player's Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.
The version number and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting our support team.
